Orbit Labs, LLC operates Studuo. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through Studuo and related support. Contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] or [COMPANY MAILING ADDRESS]. The launch app stores scripts and recordings locally while usage analytics and diagnostics may be sent to our providers. Local content storage does not mean that all app operations are offline.
1 Scripts recordings and device permissions
Scripts, videos, audio, images, and edits you create or import are processed and stored on your device in the current app. We do not automatically upload their contents to our servers or analytics providers. Camera and microphone access support recording; photo or file access supports imports and exports you request. You can revoke permissions through device settings, which may disable related features.
Copies may enter your photo library, device backups, or personal cloud services according to your choices and operating system settings. Those services are separate from a Company content upload. We receive content only if you choose to submit it to support or use a feature that expressly sends it to us or a provider. Sharing an export sends the selected content to the recipient or service you choose.
2 Information we receive
Usage and device information. We and our analytics or diagnostics providers collect app interaction events such as screens viewed, feature selections, onboarding responses, recording start or completion events, export events, paywall views, trial or subscription events, session duration, timestamps, and errors. These events describe app use and do not include script text, raw audio, video frames, or the contents of imported files. Device information includes app version, operating system, device model, language, region settings, an app installation or similar pseudonymous identifier, and technical diagnostics. Pseudonymous data may still be personal information.
Network information. When the app connects to a provider, that provider may receive your IP address and connection metadata. Depending on its configuration, an IP address may be used to estimate a coarse location such as country or city. We do not request GPS or precise location for the current app. Device region settings do not establish your physical location.
Purchases. Apple processes App Store payments. We receive transaction and entitlement information needed to provide paid access, such as product, purchase status, renewal or expiration status, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Communications. If you contact us, we receive your contact information, messages, and attachments you send. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. If you submit a recording, it may contain information about other people; obtain any necessary permissions before sending it.

3 How we use information
We use information to operate and maintain Studuo; provide paid access; troubleshoot failures; respond to support; understand feature usage and onboarding or subscription performance; conduct product experiments; improve performance and design; detect fraud and abuse; protect security; comply with legal duties; and establish or defend legal claims. We may group analytics by device type, approximate region, or purchase status. We do not infer sensitive personal traits from private scripts or recordings for analytics in the current app.
We may produce aggregate statistics or properly deidentified information for research, planning, and product improvement. Where law requires, we maintain deidentified information in that form, use safeguards against reidentification, and require recipients to do the same. Removing a name alone does not necessarily deidentify information.
4 When we disclose information
Service providers receive information necessary to provide analytics, diagnostics, transaction verification, support, hosting, and security on our behalf, under appropriate contractual restrictions. They may process information only for the authorized purposes specified in those arrangements, subject to applicable law. Apple also processes information as an independent platform operator under its own policy.
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so; when reasonably necessary to comply with law, valid legal process, or lawful requests; to protect rights, safety, and security; to investigate fraud; or to establish or defend claims. We may disclose information to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations and in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law. A business transfer does not automatically authorize materially incompatible new uses.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross context behavioral advertising in the current app, and we do not use private scripts or recordings to train AI models. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide required notices, choices, and permissions before the change applies. We do not publish your private content in our marketing without a separate permission.
5 Behavioral analytics and future recording features
Current behavioral analytics record interaction events rather than replayable screen or session recordings. We do not collect session replay, keystroke recordings, private script contents, or recorded media through analytics in the current app.
We may introduce optional cloud storage, transcription, AI assistance, content based feedback, session recording, or other features. Before such a feature collects additional information, we will explain the information collected, purposes, recipients, retention, and available choices in an updated policy and feature notice, and obtain consent where required. Accepting this policy does not by itself authorize future recording, content uploads, advertising tracking, biometric identification, or model training. Declining an optional use will not disable unrelated local features, although a feature that needs the declined processing may be unavailable.
6 Retention and deletion
Local content remains until you delete it or it is removed through app or device operations. Exports and operating system backups may remain separately. We cannot remotely recover or delete copies we do not control. Consult your device and cloud provider settings to remove those copies.
We retain remote personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, taking account of security, support, legal obligations, disputes, and backup expiration. Our ordinary retention periods are: analytics events [PERIOD]; crash and diagnostic records [PERIOD]; support messages and attachments [PERIOD]; purchase and entitlement records [PERIOD OR DOCUMENTED LEGAL CRITERIA]; and backup expiration [PERIOD]. We may retain specific records longer where necessary for a legal obligation, security investigation, or legal claim. Properly deidentified or aggregated information may be retained longer where law permits.
You may request deletion of information we control using [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We may need an installation identifier or other proportionate information to locate pseudonymous records; do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure process. We may retain information where law permits or requires and will explain applicable exceptions. Removing the app does not necessarily delete remotely collected records or cancel subscriptions.
7 Choices and privacy rights
Manage camera, microphone, photo, and file access through device settings. Manage purchases through your Apple Account. For optional analytics, use [ACTUAL IN APP OPT OUT PATH OR OTHER IMPLEMENTED METHOD]. You may contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights. Declining optional analytics does not prevent essential purchase verification or necessary security processing, as explained when you make that choice.
Depending on your location and the law applicable to us, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; know its collection and disclosure; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, targeted advertising, sharing, or certain profiling. We honor applicable rights without unlawful discrimination, verify requests proportionately, recognize authorized agents where required, and respond within applicable deadlines. Where an appeal right applies, send an appeal to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. You may complain to a relevant privacy authority.
We do not currently conduct advertising tracking as defined by Apple and do not use an advertising identifier. If a future feature requires Apple App Tracking Transparency permission, we will request it before tracking. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because no industry standard has been adopted for that signal. This does not limit our obligation to honor recognized universal opt out signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable.
8 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device and backups, use available operating system security features, and avoid sending confidential content through unsecured support channels. We will provide legally required notifications of security incidents.
9 Age eligibility
Studuo is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [PRIVACY EMAIL] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10 International processing
Orbit Labs, LLC is based in [COUNTRY]. Our providers process information in [COUNTRIES OR VERIFIED REGION DESCRIPTION], which may have different data protection laws from your location. We use legally required transfer mechanisms and safeguards where applicable. Use of Studuo alone is not consent to a transfer that requires a separate legal basis or safeguard.
11 Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in Studuo and applicable requirements. We will revise the effective date and provide prominent notice of material changes. Where required, we will obtain consent before new processing begins. We will not apply materially incompatible new uses to previously collected information without the notice and authorization required by law. Contact Orbit Labs, LLC at [PRIVACY EMAIL] or [COMPANY MAILING ADDRESS] with questions or requests.
